The Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar - Without the Nasty Taste or Smell

If you have been following me for a while, most are aware that I firmly believe in natural and holistic approaches to health and well being. Among many, I am a huge proponent of the health benefits of Seaweed & Meditation.

For the longest time, I have also been aware of the major health benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar. I have tried countless times with various measures and mixtures, but simply could not get past the extremely strong smell and horribly, nasty taste of the vinegar. No matter how much I tried to dilute it with water, juice or any other "recipe" I tried online - the horrible and revolting smell and taste were still there.

I even tried "Apple Cider Vinegar" tablets and gels. But as soon as I opened the bottle, that smell was still there. So I just put Apple Cider Vinegar to rest. Thankfully, there are countless other ways to achieve health and well being - so I continued with what I was doing.

Until a couple weeks ago when I stumbled upon something very interesting and extremely yummy! Before we get into that, lets quickly discuss the huge benefits associated with adding Apple Cider Vinegar into your life.

The Benefits

The positive health benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar are quire numerous, but will list a few below:

1) Kills many harmful bacteria - Inside and outside your body.

2) Lowers blood sugar levels and fight diabetes.

3) Helps you lose weight and yes reduces belly fat.

4) Lowers Cholesterol and improves heart health.

5) Studies have shown that ACV may have protective effects against cancer.

Just these 5 benefits alone is reason enough to add Apple Cider Vinegar to your daily health regimen!

If you happen to like the smell or taste - more power to you! I highly recommend Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. (Organic is always best!)
